Energy in the body

Nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide (NADH), which is a supplement in the patented form PANMOL®, is the biologically active form of niacin (B3), a vitamin that, among other functions, promotes energy metabolism, is important for the skin, contributes to fitness and to mental energy and which benefits mental focus and memory. CoQ10, or coenzyme Q10, was discovered in 1957 by Professor Fred L. Crane and colleagues at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is a fat-soluble vitamin found in all our cells. The highest concentrations are found in the heart, kidneys, liver and pancreas. Coenzyme Q10 is most common in humans; in other species, the coenzymes Q6, Q7, Q8 and Q9 predominate. The Methylation Process
