Flexible dosages

Palmitoylethanolamide is often used for longer periods of time. To support our customers as much as possible in finding the right dosage, we have chosen 400 mg capsules. This allows you to dose accurately and flexibly. We recommend taking 1200 mg, or 3 capsules, daily for 60 consecutive days (3 jars). Palmitoylethanolamide takes a while before showing optimal effect, so a 60-day trial period is advised to properly evaluate the effect. After this first period, a maintenance dose of two capsules of 400 mg palmitoylethanolamide per day can be used.

Palmitoylethanolamide is found throughout the body and interacts naturally with the body's own biochemistry.
