Signature Spec
Momentous® Signature Spec Creatine is sourced from the highest quality creatine manufacturers worldwide, is produced in a pharmaceutical facility, and verified via an unparalleled six-step testing protocol that goes far beyond FDA requirements – including screening for PFAS and microplastics. The result is creatine that meets 10x stricter purity controls and 2-5x stricter heavy metal limits than the industry standard.
A superior micronization process yields an ultrafine powder. This means it dissolves easily without lumps, granules, or residue.
Creatine is a natural substance that plays a crucial role in the body's energy supply. It helps in the formation and recycling of ATP, the main energy source that muscles use during short, intense exertion. In muscle cells, creatine is stored as phosphocreatine, an energy reserve that can be quickly accessed when extra strength or speed is needed. In addition, creatine contributes to the energy balance in brain and muscle cells, supports cell repair, and helps maintain a healthy water and energy balance within the cells.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Momentous Creatine Chews different from other creatine supplements?
Most chewable creatine products contain too little active ingredient or are filled with unnecessary fillers. Momentous Chews deliver 1g of pure Signature Spec creatine monohydrate per tablet, are NSF Certified for Sport®, and contain no artificial ingredients.
How many Creatine Chews should I take per day?
Scientists recommend a daily intake of 5g of creatine. Since each chewable tablet contains 1g of Signature Spec creatine, Momentous recommends taking 5 tablets per day. You can also combine these with the powder form to reach your total intake.
Should I take Creatine Chews at a specific time?
No, timing isn't crucial. Take them whenever it fits your routine, for example, in the morning, after a workout, or between meals. Consistent daily use is most important.
Can I combine Creatine Chews with other Momentous products?
Yes. For example, combine them with whey or plant-based protein for recovery, collagen for joints and tendons, or extra creatine powder or creatine travel packs to adjust your dose.
Is Momentous Creatine safe for daily use?
Yes. The product contains Signature Spec, known for its purity and quality, and is NSF Certified for Sport®, meaning it meets strict testing standards for (top) athletes.
Are Creatine Chews suitable for women?
Yes. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements and can support both men and women in strength training, muscle building, and cognitive performance.
Are Creatine Chews vegan or vegetarian?
Yes. The chewable tablets are suitable for vegans and do not contain any animal ingredients.
Should I drink extra water when using Creatine Chews?
Creatine does not cause dehydration; in fact, muscles retain more water. However, stay well-hydrated and, if you have a sensitive stomach, take the tablets with a glass of water.
Is this product NSF certified?
Yes. Momentous Creatine Chews are NSF Certified for Sport®, meaning each batch is tested for heavy metals, harmful contaminants, and accurate labeling.
